Ordering

Help! I'm having trouble placing an order!

The first thing we recommend is to try a different payment method. If that doesn't work we recommend switching browsers (Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and/or clearing your browser cache and cookies. If you are still having trouble after that please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact our customer service team and we will do our best to cancel your order if it is not too far along in the shipping process. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any orders once they are placed, but you can take advantage of our generous return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Amazon Pay and all major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and more.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $30 (after all promotions are calculated and before taxes). For orders under $30 or outside of the contiguous United States the shipping cost will be calculated on a per order basis and shown during checkout before order finalization.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders the same or next day (excluding holidays and weekends). Delivery time can vary depending on location and selected shipping speed. You will have the opportunity when checking out to receive an estimated delivery date when selecting a shipping method and speed.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide and to most countries. When placing your order you will be able to see if we ship to your country.

How can I track my order?

We send tracking information with all orders. Please check your order confirmation email or login to your Case Lush account.

How can I return something?
