Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for all our phone cases and mobile accessories. This warranty covers any faults or malfunctions that occur under normal use and proper care, and does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.

If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion, free of charge. You may be required to return the product to us for inspection before we can process your claim.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
